That's no problem, the Holy Qur'an is in Arabic, and therefore during prayers and recitations it is always in Arabic. The meanings are translated so that others may understand, but all Muslims are encouraged to learn Arabic because the words of god can't be translated so easily by the words of man. So for fear of the loss of any meanings, the Qura'an remains in Arabic. This entire clip is arabic, except for the translation which is Macedonian. Hope this helps :)
