Quick workout that you can do anywhere
Squats x 20
Calf Raises x 20
Abs x 20 (you can do this exercise on a chair or even doing 20 crunches works)
Lunges 10 each leg
Smile, Laugh and Shake your booty 30 seconds! :)
Do this once for a mini workout and do it 3-4 rounds with a 1 minute break in between cycles and you have an awesome lower body workout!
