When shooting panorama from a remote controlled helicopter, I got tired of the tangled wires. With the use of Modelcam Pano controller, the pano mount rotates adjustable number of 360° turns every time I flip the transmitter switch. When I hit the switch for the second time, it rotates to the other side - that way the wires newer get tangled. I use only one channel to operate the mount as well as the camera.
What more - when finished, the camera mount nicely parks in a set position. That way the center of gravity stays the same during descend or climb or landing.
