It doesn't matter what they're saying. They aren't making any insightful comments on strategy.
They're more of a barometer for the action on the screen. If nothing is happening, they are excited. If something is happening, they are really excited. And if lots of stuff is happening, they nearly pass out from excitement.

Dude don't get into a fight over who is the better uploader. Sometimes Nevake is faster sometimes Jon747/Baezzi is. They also upload different random sc videos like fpvods or bnet attack.
