Shot as a series of 20,000 8MP Jpeg images on a Canon 7D with the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 lens. Made on a Mac using Adobe's Lightroom and Premiere. Exported in full 24fps 1080p.

Thanks to my family for carefully avoiding bumping the tripod that has been on our deck for the last week, and especially mom who has been incredibly helpful in reminding me to check the camera battery.

Those aren't ufos or satellites. Those are the c-130s to help put the flames out.

wasnt the mother nature who put the fire out, it was hard work from ppls who fight it day & night!!

I know. What was freaky was when the smoke came bellowing in where I live at a massive swarm of dragonflies came flying from that area.

I live by Vickers and Acedemy and June 26 was so horrible-the smoke just came bellowing in and my neighbors and I stood and watched that night at the home went up in flames. It was so sad.

The unfortunate part of this fire was it was started by arson...still haven't found the guy when its been almost a year since the fire.

The smoke blocked out the sun. Everywhere in the city, the sun looked like a small red dot in the sky. The smell of smoke everywhere
