well its easy to sit behind a computer and say you would help him but its been scientificly provent that the more crowded an area the more likely you are to pass a person in need.

You can get into trouble to touch the person because you dont know what you gonna hurt the person even killed him/her.... best thing is talk to the person and tell the person not the move because he himself can make the injuries worse, just wait till the police or whatever who gonna bring him to the hospital.

in our country if someone has trouble for example like a hit and run...
almost all the people who witnessed the incident will come running and help...
