79 meters with 4kg but what age? It is important the age.

With 13 Years Old with 4kg to throw 79mt, I do not have stats that confirm that, sorry, but I have my doubts.

With 14 to 15 Years throwing 79 mts, yes but with 13 Years old, hum!!!

In Portugal we have boys with 13 Years old throwing with 4kg, but mainly they use 3kg.

but everyone knows that at the age 13 u throw with a 4kg.

plus ... 48 meters isn't that much compared to worldwide numbers.

this guy in Egypt which is the world champion, throws 79 meters with the 4kg!

@Portugal2100 79 m with 4 kg it isn't impossible...there's a guy from hungary who sets the world record with 4 kg this year, he throws 85m!

If you don't believe it you can see him in the top list of iaaf with 5kg hammer, he throws 75m...

Don't be so hooked up on how far people throw the light hammers such as the 4k and 5k and so on. I've done that way too much myself, and belive me, it doesn't help. The important is how far you throw the 7,26kg when they eventually turn 20 (+)
