America is facing a higher education bubble. Like the housing bubble, it is the product of cheap credit coupled with popular expectations of ever-increasing returns on investment, and as with housing prices, the cheap credit has caused college tuitions to vastly outpace inflation and family incomes. Now this bubble is bursting.

Whats sad is everyone is brainwashed into believing that a person is a failure if they don't go to college. I'm a machinist and make a fairly good living. I want for nothing.

"her degree in religious and women's studies.."

I think I see her problem.

    Not STEM? Not worth it.

Thats not strictly true. I dont live in America but I can say that there are other useful majors. For example Economics is really useful even if you dont go into Finance. Similarly core Science and Mathematics gives you a lot of skill in analysis and problem solving that will come handy.

Marriage has changed throughout history, the natural order is actually polygomy (one man, multiple women) however this system doesn't benefit society. The current system is based on making the man sacrifice his life to support his wife/family in order to gain respect and sex. However since women's lib men's purpose has been devalued to that of an optional accessory that can be discarded at any time especially considering the state will just take his money. No purpose, no drive!

That's why I won't marry someone I don't really know... It's not a system at all. It's how civilian has lived for man centuries, and it's worked. It's just now, some women take advantage of the first amendment and spread hate. But they're a very tiny minority of women that will fade away over time.

If you want to it's your choice, you know the risks and you accept them. I'm more concerned for the guys who are pressured into the system or are naive. Most women aren't bad, the problem is the system almost always is!

The world is too different anymore and the system is very anti-male. The only way to change anything is a revolt against a bad system. Otherwise nothing will change.
