Demos-Crutis literally translates to "people power".

Does Zimbabwe have "people power", or evenso does the UK, USA, Japan or China? If not...then what are they shouting about?

Lets discuss.

  • dude, you are so brave to be saying things like this!!

  • haha...youtube is evidence enough of how people exonerate you for bashing Zimbabwe and crucify you for stating obvious facts :D...it's like this with most things lol. try being a "creationist" blogger on here and I assure you the atheists will hunt for and devour you :D

  • Democracy? Results of Gallup poll conducted in March 2008: "Do you approve or disapprove of the job performance of Robert Mugabe?" Approve-17% Disapprove-80% "Do you approve of disapprove of the job performance of the leadership of this country?" Approve-11% (down by 10% from '07) Disapprove-80% (up by 17% from '07) Mugabes approval rating by location: Cities-4% Mashonaland-15% Matabeleland-13% Rest-12% Mugabe won elections with 86%. Dictatorship!
  • you didn't listen to a thing in the video did you? I advise you listen again. Otherwise your above opinion is null and void

  • The above is not my opinion, byt dry facts. Go to Gallop and check for yourself.

  • again...listen to the video well before you post your spurious figures. I believe on this topic we agree more than we disagree. No one called Mugabe a saint. My video was putting Zimbabwe's form of governance in perspective...e.g. in comparison with other countries and showing that Zimbawe is not where it should be...but surely it is not the "worst", it is actually more of a democracy and is becoming one compared to many others. Why are things black and white with you? Znaika?

  • No one in Japan, the US or Europe would trade their government for Mugabe's. Opposing politicians who run against leaders in these countries are not beaten and intimidated as a standard practice.

    Mugabe will get his reward.

  • I've never heard anyone say "Zimbabwe is the worst democracy on Earth". There is no misconception. The Zimbabwean government is corrupt. It isn't the worst government, but it's still terrible.

  • do not pay very much attention to what Bush said...

he is a total idiot ,

who has contributed greatly to the economic & humane woes in America and the world.

because the U.S. is an oligarchy , wars can be waged to the sacrifice of 5,000 soldiers & millions of citizens in Iraqi.

i agree...democracy is an ideal, which only the native indians of north america ( Iroquois)

    came anywhere close to achieving.

  • Zimbabwe has a strong history of democracy and although it is in a difficult situation at the moment I'm confident that once they can overcome their difficulties the Zimbabwean people can reclaim their country back for themselves.

  • " It is not 100 but 17 white farmers killed in Zimbabwe in SA over 2000 White farmers have being killed but their is more democracy "

In South Africa, a gold miner earns $0,50 per hour, but he earns his company $17,50 per hour.

Now you know why the deaths of white farmers are offensive in Zimbabwe only.

President Mugabe threatened US concessions in the DRC when he supported Kabila against the US/UK backed Rwandan/Ugandan 'rebels' in the Eastern DRC. He also threw out the IMF.

  • well well well why wasnt invited

  • It is not 100 but 17 white farmers killed in Zimbabwe

in SA over 2000 White farmers have being killed but their is more democracy

  • Now I have the right to catch you on the lie ("spurious figures"), but I will not deprive you of sleep. Good night.

Things are not "black and white" with me, I just re-paint truly black things in their original colour after years and years during which they were painted white. There are good things about Zimbabwe too. For example it is a good thing there is cholera and not plague or anthrax. Both diseases are also indigenous to the area and the level of anti-sanitary is suitable for them.
