We have had lots of questions would the EMC 3 Commuter travel in the snow... Well I took in out in 4" of unplowed fresh snow with great results. The front wheel drive and steering handled the snow with no issues with either handling or braking. There was no evidence of skidding or unstableness with the vehicle and even with hard braking no fishtailing. This was done without the use of snow tires or studded tires. what's the drag coefficient?
I'm guessing the top side and possible the underside creates a lot of drag. if you should make another car I suggest you go with 4 wheels instead and pay close attention to drag elsewhere. you can consult me. you should if you want to make a great eco car
