hey @epicbeautyguide i have EXTREMELY dry nose i have tried abunch of lotions and what not. any suggestions?

@soccreative Yes, try upping your intake of omega 3 fatty acids from wild fish and fish oil (cod liver oil is great, Carlson Labs is what I take). Also try using pH-balancing toners from Sophyto or Sprout Skincare. Good moisturizers for dry skin are sweet almond oil and shea butter, as well as vegetable glycerin. You will see a lot of recommendations for coconut and argan, but they are better suited to oily/balanced skin.

@TheBellarella It's a device that adds water to the air, and it's useful if you live in a dry climate like a desert. If you live in an area with lots of trees (like, say, Massachusetts) you don't need a humidifier.
