* bread this is the time to use your stale white bread
* 1 stick of butter
* cinnamon stick
* 2 cups of water
* raisins
* cheese
* cinnamon
* whipping cream or milk (optional, for topping)

That doesn't look like bread pudding looks like some cheese lasagna. I prefer capirotada the traditional way with bolillos and traditional mexican cheeses.

omg i love capirotada but i never try it like this......well almost all the ingredients are the same but the cheese. we make it with cotija cheese and we put a layer of tortillas 1st...but imma try to make this one =) and thanx for subscribing =) good luck on thezen2580 giveaway =)
