Sickening stuffed tiger above salad bar at truckstop

At the Tiger Truckstop near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, not only do they keep Tony, a live tiger kept in a crummy little cage exposed to the freeway, their restaurant keeps a stuffed white tiger above the salad bar.
The tiger is a handsome white Bengal, which makes it all the more grotesque that they keep it in their restaurant.

The Big Cat Rescue told me they actually had a spot just for Tony at their sanctuary with his own pool and lakeview.But Louisiana Department of Wildlife gave Sandlin another permit allowing him to keep Tony in the terrible,inappropriate environment that hes been confined to for years.What a shame!

I do not understand the people complaining, it is one mans love for his animal, after it passed of cancer he had her taxidermed. If this makes you ill DONT GO!!! I think it just shows the love he has for her, and willing to allow the public share in this, its a beautiful statement. BCR is the pit hole of hell for animals and anyone recommending ANY animal go there is INSANE!!!

SHE is beautiful. And instead of "making" up what you'd like to think happened to her. She passed away from cancer. Just like humans do EVERY single day. People keep their loved one's ashes for heaven's sake. She was Tony's soulmate, and this is where she'd want to be. Near Tony. Wow, I'd laugh at some of the things you all come up with if this wasn't so sickening what you're doing.
