  • @squatsoats they might be kipping but after you have totally demolished your muscles even if you view it as cheating it still works them and helps get that final burnout set in

  • so does the WOD mean the only workout of the day? or just part of the workouts for the day?

  • @torontothegood The blue mat on the floor is purely for comfort and does not give any advantage aside from comfort. The black Abmat is designed to prevent the athlete from slamming his hips into the ground for extra momentum (it makes it harder to "cheat"). This workout is rx'd.

  • We have to touch our toes...wonder how much that would make a difference here. Regardless, good work!

    

  • He is easily sub 5 if he works on his counting!

  • He could get sub 5 MIN if he counted his double unders and did them all unbroken

  • does that sponge mat floor give extra mechanical advantage?

    is this then 'prescribed' or 'assisted' ??

  • @Equanox214 its because the hard rubber soles are perfectly flat and won't compress so they are great for weightlifting.
