I've been holding my Breathe now for the last 56 years or so, actually except for the few moments spent swimming where I hold my Breath for a few moments, so you might say 56 years minus a few minutes is how long I can hold my Breathe.

@magicsinmyfingers my average is about 45 seconds but when i really want to win i can push myself to about. maybe a minute and 10 seconds, but afterwards i cant do it again because my lungs would kill me with a kitchen knife for torturing them
