africaan is a mix of dutch.. but still dont catch it..lol i am happy for phill, and his daughter..i just feel that it is a circle of life event that most of us will go through..i just don t want to lose phill ,but it will happen,it is part of the circle..what is best to do, its enjoying till he still with us,make him feel that even being just fans, we consider him as part of our circle of life, like our family..love you phill.

What I find so sad is that Joely is always trying to hide the fact that Phil Collins adopted her and is not her biological father. As someone who is looking for a child to adopt, I find that heartbreaking. Joely, your dad is your dad, whether you were adopted or not.
By the way, does anyone know who here biological father was? Joely doesn't speak to her mother Andrea Bertorelli, and she never mentions her biological father.

How sad that most of the comments are nasty people with no respect for hard working talented people. Who cares if Mr. Collins had three marriages, or his daughter is getting married. Have any of you written any music or published anything, or starred in a motion picture movie. I didn't think so. So please just go back to your boring life's and leave the real people alone. Congratulations Joely! And I hope Phil C finds real love with a great woman.
