  • I know... people these days have no respect for traditional martial arts. I don't know how people can expect martial artists to be able to do amazing things without starting from these basics.

Horse stance is concentrated pain. O_o

Yet, I broke your record with 3 minutes 6 seconds ;).

  • You two are both correct indeed. Cantonese is my native tongue and it is pronounced Si Fu, while in Mandarin it is pronounced as Shi Fu. But what's important here is that...this is a video of some guy who doesn't know his horse stance!

  • @KiokoTama my kung fu master wears a purple version, thats what they wear, i laugh at it too, lol

  • hahhahhaha ...smh

  • @ImpossibleIsNothin people on here arent bashing, but we just see simple imperfections that a Si Fu should NOT be making, just search for horse stances and eventually you will find one that good, i hope this answers your question let me know if you have any other questions

    Peace and Love

  • As far as I can see, It's a clueless man playing dress up.

    Heh, stretching in his Pjs.

  • he dyes his hair i think, her stance was bad for sure.......he is teaching bad habits

yes i do wonder if he is a certified instructor

  • great

  • 1; the thighs need to be paralel with the floor

2; His feet should be paralel and pointing straight forward

  • I'm just a gung fu beginner and I see several people bashing this man's demonstration. May someone please explain to me why this man is apparently "a fake"?

  • that weak ass horse stance.

  • I can understand the female not performing the stance that well because she must still be a beginner but the master should be able to do the stance so much better. His stance isn't that low, hip isn't open and his knee is over his toes when lowers his stance.
