Kobe Bryant is the most overhyped media child along with LeBron James.

They both are not in a league with legends like Larry Bird or Magic Johnson.

Hell, even Karl Malone with his unstoppable post up game would be favourable over them any day. Especially in today's soft league, he would be devastating to say the least. You have to learn a lot about this sport boy. :)

My opinion look at it like this a good player is Jordan better attitude courage style just Jordan defines him self. Jordan has done more n better than Kobe n lebron have done. Kobe is a good one on one player. Self fish and toooooo coky. Jordan is the best player to me but not my favorite. love him or hate him.. everybody should accept the fact that KOBE is the closes player to emulate JORDAN or even matching his achievement.  of course it is way beyond reach because KOBE express his greatness in another way and another level. besides when the time KOBE hang up his jersey he will be one of the greatest players just like JORDAN and that is the bottom line.

@MrIsmailmian24 Stylistically, Kobe is the closest to MJ, but statistically it's not even close. LeBron is actually closer to MJ if you look at statistics and not mannerisms.
