I have a pain on the left side of my upper back, more like a compressed nerve, which triggers at any exertion. The pain makes the neck immobile. What is good for compressed nerve in the upper back? Thank You.

@tosch1981 I cannot say if this will cure you.., do it once a day, starting with part 1, than add part 2 . When that feels good you can do it twice, once in the morning and once in the eve. I expect you will find relieve at least..

hi, these are great clips.
i have pain in my hip, buttock and leg which occured during football. my lower back feels fine. i dont know if this is sciatica or not, but the sypmtons seem similar.
should i be doing fwd bends ? i am considering re-joining a Bikram Yoga centre to work my way through the recovery. i dont know if this might risk making it worse or not. at the moment i am feeling down about not being able to play football and really want to sort it out asap.
any advice ?

@IndependentGeorge76 Be careful with forward bending, bend your knees to not aggravate the condition. Tell your teacher about your sciatica and definitely don't push the bikram yoga, because its so hot you may seem more flexible that you are, so hold back on the forward bends to start with, even if it seems to feel ok.
