  • i had been looking for this sone for year, I would ask every New Wave Afficianodi I knew: Have you ever heard Jumping Out A Window? always no. Ane I never knew the name of the band, but they do remind me of Split Enz, come to think of it. Much appreciation to the one who posted this. I Had no idea an actual video existed, let alone an LP.

Cheers John. This video, long thought lost was rescued by a friend in australia, check out the other pop mechanix videos in the failsafe records channel. We're getting quite a collection. There's actually 8 albums of their music to discover too, possibly more. Check their band camp page and the failsafe records site for more info.

  • such a nice relaying of sound...

  • sorry for the awful typing errors in my message below, I was so giddy at actually hearing this after 30 years of searching for it!

  • Strange Behavior rules! Love this song. Saw the movie back when it cam out back in the early 80s.

  • I loved these guys. I was priviledged to meet them personally a couple of times through a beautiful young woman by the name of Karen (still think of her now from time to time) who happened to be not only a freelance for Rip It Up, but a friend of one of the Pauls and his partner. They wrote some great tunes. And Andrew had an exellent voice for the songs.
