Guile's Theme - 3DO Version

Download the song: Removed the megaupload link since they got shut down by The Man. Can anyone recommend somewhere else to host the file? Or can someone else host it and share the link?

Download contains the original music files from the game (MediaInfo says they're encoded with some encoding called SDX2) as well as the WAVs that I decoded using aifc2wav, and the looped track that you're listening to right now.

PROTIP: Raise the pitch by 1 semitone and you'll be in the same key as the CPS1 version of the theme. Sounds like this: http://snd.sc/ua0jyv

So this is Guile's theme from Super Street Fighter II Turbo for the 3DO. I copied the music files from my own copy of the game. This is my favorite version of the theme from the SF2 era.

What a journey it's been to get this song onto YouTube! Props to the 3DO ZERO Forums for providing me with the tools and the knowledge I needed to get these songs off my disc.

I didn't remember that the songs don't loop in the 3DO version, so I had to loop this one myself. I'm an audio editing n00b, so this wasn't exactly easy for me.

Now that the file is out there I expect to see more Guile's Theme Goes With Everything vids using the 3DO version of the theme ;-)

Still, I guess it would be cool to have something like an air show choreographed to this song. Now there's an idea for a Guile's theme video!
