Balancing is easy. You have to push it a bit. The Chi Kri Yoga Tree Sequence was designed to push you to the max with your balancing ability. On this clip, you dont have the music, but normally you have to sync everything you do to a beat, so that makes everything harder. Listen, balance is the closest thing to meditation in the physical world because it demands such deep concentration....so be to great at balancing will give you inner peace (by forcing you away from normal stresses)and a sharper brain. My head is so sharp that if you turn me upside down and thrust me deep enough into mud or firm sand, I just stay upright. You too can be planted upside down by learning to balance more.
