------------------------------------------
A man, interviewing for a Controller position, answers the common interview question: Tell me about a recent conflict you've encountered and how you've handled it. This is an example of a GOOD way to answer this question.

Describe the conflict objectively, and be careful about placing blame and accepting none. Give specific examples of how it was resolved or why it was not. If it was an ethical conflict, it is important that you explain your boundaries.

  • first and foremost you never SIT cross legged in an interview. Secondly you never say that ur previous boss told u to violate a rule - that is unethical - u dont go to another company and fire away about the misdeeds of your prev company!!!
