As soon as I saw the trailer on the frontpage of youtube and the contest clips that came with I just knew I had to do it at once and the selection of clips came out naturally.
At first I did the video editing with the mashup tool on the youtube page, but I somehow couldnt save it afterwards, which made me pretty upset, then the next day I decided to download the clips instead, good thing I did it before they were pulled off for some reason? anyways I managed to then to put it all together with movie maker, though one thing that sucks in the slow fps that comes with movie maker,
I didnt have any other program that worked, vegas studio didnt even have the kind of fade in effect I wanted at the end of the video where he stands in the arena and the movie maker fade in was to fast I wanted it to be a little bit slower but I used it anyways.
This video was put together with windows movie maker for the W. Mashup Contest by me Gabriel K. (www.keyproductions.se) e-mail gk.kf@hotmail.com
good luck 2 everyone who wasted days trying to upload on this shite SW, crashed Firefox everytime on a Mac, no way to store w/software...so you're stuck recreating from memory to have the same GD thing blow out and waste more hours...and no way to download the clips to use in Final Cut/Vages/iMovie...this turned out to be a huge fucking dissapointment...and waste of time...but I can't wait for the film !!! Oliver Stone is still the best filmmaker of this generation...
