Basically he did what I did. You remove the sealed beam headlights, replace with these IPF replacement headlight housings. Then you can install a 9003 or H4 bulb into them (this is my RX-7 FC, not the FB shown here). For the H4 I recommend doing a wiring harness upgrade. For HID conversions you will get the upgraded wiring in the kit. I think video was a straight 9003 bulb.
