  • Why does yours have a big square hole in the beam, mine does not have this? Yours must be defective. Oh, and don't tell me its because of the video quality either until you have viewed all the other videos on Youtube of the same flashlight because I would only respond with - a company can't make a favorable video of a product they are trying to sell? Think I'll look elsewhere for my purchase.

  • @owensloy

You have very sharp eyes. :)

The RRT-3 on this video was a trial (beta) version directly from JETBeam. We made this video before RRT-3 was official released to fulfill many of our customers' curiosity.

And you are right, the final version has a better beam.

  • why does it have a hole in the middle of the hot spot?

  • @Philscbx I agree I have bought batteries at good prices from them and I have also got some durracell 123's in boxes that were really good prices too and they all have different output ratings that people do not read. I still have a surefire that I bought an upgraded bulb for and a scalloped bevel for and it still runs like a champ but they are not cheap at all lol. My fav light is my fenix PD30 and my Zebralight headlight.

  • @HunterMeatEater

I have to agree, Surefire lighting is high cost,

but their 123 battery pricing is the lowest found so far.

  • @Philscbx LMAo yeah we only give China our military secrets now not our military product business...lol I have surefire as well as others like fenix and surefire is good but they are also over priced. There is a place for all kinds of light sizes and maybe you would not use this but others might. Surefire's Hellfighter is huge with 3,000 lumens and no published price. Their M6 looks just like the jetbeam and is only 500 lumens and it is 425 bucks.

  • @owensloy what a turd comment...sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder to start out sarcastic and smacktard like comments. People, or should I say rude kids like you are the kind of customer that I would send packing down the road from my business. Why are so many comments so punkass? has our world no polite people left? lol.

  • My variable output Digital 2 Ultra Surfire at same price point with 2-123's is much nicer and compact. They have been at this for years.

I don't think tactical team's would deal with a RRt3 tank this bulky & huge. I sure wouldn't. Plus it's a China product. Not allowed.

  • "To give you and idea of how it holds the batteries, it has a battery holder in it"

AHAHAH I lmaoed at that statement. Thank you captain obvious!

  • Awesome flashlight!
