I was just playing GTA IV like 2 hours ago , and I had 2 Stars level, and there was a cop driving towards to me and I shot the driver and the cop killed me by crashing to me :-)

Figured out how to do it. Under \Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\data theres a file called timecyclemodifiers3.dat and timecyclemodifiers2.dat edit it with notepad and copy rogue settings over top of death. Or copy all the individual values. I'll have a video up soon showing it.

You can change it to red in the video editor. So its possible to actually change the effect. If you know where amongst the mess of files it is lol. Red looks much better than the black and white. That was cool how you also made it fade out to white.
