She's a big girl and a strong athlete .... when she connects it goes a long way. The long home run she blasted over the center field fence at the all star celebity soft ball game probably embarrassed most of the males in that game.

@heyDay23 That's because if you just relax and hit the ball and don't try to kill it every time, you'll hit farther. Just like 725josie said about the sweet spot.

As to how 'easily' she does it, she catches the ball in the same spot all the time. It's all about that sweet spot, if you can see a ball there every time it's over. Plus she's using a composite :P
