The remembrance day of Sahabi Abi Waqqas (Ral) is used to be celebrated on last sunday of Dhul-Qaeda every year. For this year, most probably it will be on Sunday 23 Nov 2008. Thousands of people from all over China & other parts of the world come for Ziyarath on this day. This video may be taken on one of this day.
