The problem is in your GeForce 6600GT AGP card. There is a regression introduced by some patches they used. Only AGP cards are affected. Well known problem. Existed in Jaunty also but manifested in different way. I already reported it long time ago and even issued a fix but they either missed it or deliberately didn't want to fix.
Look at the bug 385658 at LaunchPad, read the last comment. No easy way to fix at the moment.

One more question. Are you trying to boot Live CD, in this video, or are you trying to boot already installed system?

Yes, I'm trying to boot from live CD.
With "-nv" param, succesfully boot 9.04 but cant get higher res than 800*600.
I'm not a linux guru so i don't get it how to apply that fix.

Yes, with 9.04 if nv driver failed to work, vesa didn't, so at least you could boot into 800x600, until you install nvidia proprietary driver. Now vesa is also fu**ed up. I'll be reporting this bug again, so for now stay away from 9.10. Note that this is Ubuntu specific thing.
