Facial symmetry is always the goal of Dr. Paul Nassif.

The advent of the endoscopic approach to the face and, in particular, the brow was brought about in large part by the ability to create a sufficient optical cavity. Specialized dissection instruments and understanding of principles of brow suspension were also significant contributing factors.
When considering blepharo-plasty surgery, it is important to keep in mind the important relationship among the fore-head, eyebrows, and upper eyelids. Like the eyes, the eye-brows are very important human facial features and are vital to non-verbal and verbal communication.

Perfectly positioned and properly shaped eyebrows convey an open, friendly look. Eyebrows that sag, on the other hand, can give a tired look and send unintentional signals such as anger, fatigue, or disinterest.
Neck lift surgery (also known as platysmaplasty) is a procedure in which a surgeon cosmetically alters the neck muscles. Patients typically opt for neck lift surgery to correct loose skin (due to aging or genetics) in order to achieve a more vibrant, taut look.

During platysmaplasty, the surgeon makes an incision behind the ears and/or under the chin to reach the neck muscle (platysma). The surgeon then manipulates these muscles (which can include repositioning or partial removal). Normally, platysmaplasty takes 2-3 hours, but in cases where the surgery is performed in conjunction with liposuction or a face-lift, the time may be longer.
