I live in Grayson and that house has been for sale FOREVER!!!! Great house - but it is on 1/4 acre and it is NOT a great lot!!!!!!!
And being in Grayson - the ONLY way to Atlanta is I-85 South - which is clogged with traffic from 5:00AM to 10:00AM going into Atlanta - and from 3:00PM to about 7:00Pm with traffic coming out of Atlanta!!! So - if you work in Atlanta - figer about 4 hours sitting on the expressway - or as we say - that 3 lane parking lot!!!!!
