well i guess the bent wrist pushups arent a thing you can do from the begining. i think that if one works out and has done other fist exercises the wrists are tought enough so they can take few of those pushups and then more and more.

would you dare ever do push ups bending your wrists ... no way could you do them for hundreds of reps without injury!
the BEST Push Up to build muscle and conditioning is to do them either as normal or with some extra weight in a rucksack and build on it

kung fu rules! do some panther leaps! (as in when u push up, make your hands AND feet lift off the floor, push off with your toes, move a foot or so, and go to the other side of the room)
