1995 video from Boston band Scarce, featuring Chick Graning, Joyce Raskin, & Joe Propatier. Scarce has re-formed, put a new album out recently ("Tattoos and Parades, and Yesterdays"), and is playing live & putting more new tracks together at this time. @pavementistradical Actually Chick Graning is originally from Knoxville TN. And yes, Scarce originally formed in RI in the 1990s. However they re-formed and are now based in Boston (where Joyce has lived for many years now).

I remember seeing these guys play in Boston back in 1993 I believe. I couldn't get the song "Cry Me a River" out of my head and after only hearing it once I can still hum the melody and off beat bass line. Chick definitely had a nack for writing an infectious hook!
