Cinnamon Roll Pops with Maple Frosting Dip

I'm taking a twist on a classic comfort food to bring you warm, gooey cinnamon rolls...on a stick! These little guys are served on a beautiful display with maple frosting, crushed walnut, and your favorite sprinkles.

I could see doing this with a nice puff pastry dough as well. Major plus points for the acacia wood cutting board too (or maybe olive)?
