  • What a Brave Person you are.

So many children suffer the same abuse as you with no justice and that is a crime. NEVER give up! Stand tall for what is right and you and others will succeed.

  • She's a sexual assault victim but in the description is her address? Noiceee.

  • @Executivemom The prosecutor that handled the case the 2nd time dismissed it "In the best interest of the victim", stating that "It would be too psychologically damaging to proceed to trial at this time". My daughter was scared to death of trial. My exhusband now has a daughter of his own, who is 6yrs old. The Judicial system as a whole is a joke. I've had 8 Orders of Protection against my ex, but when the charges were dismissed, the Judge said there were no grounds to keep it in effect.

  • @Executivemom So True. My daughter was molested by my exhusband from her ages of 3-6yrs old. When she was 8yrs old, my ex (not her bio dad) was indicted by grand jury. The prosecutor, 1yr later, dismissed the charges "In the best interest of justice". I filed a complaint with the South Dakota Attorney General's office. A few months later, my ex was reindicted. My daughter had to testify before the Grand Jury twice. A week before trial, it was dismissed again. I have a son with this monster.

  • @Executivemom !?? What happened?/

  • I am watching this and crying. I am a victim as well. I do understand your pain. I feel with you. Nobody can understand us and how alone we can feel. Your demons are mine also. However you are braver than me to tell the world about how people like us feel. I fee afraid to say say anything. My abuser was a family member. Someone I felt I could trust.

My heart is with you and it's no joke. I do understand. No mater how old I get I still hurt from the pain it caused me

What can I do to get help?

  • @Executivemom do you know her?

  • where in Mo are you I'm in Saint Louis let's get together and do something I'm a survivor too I was raped at 14 in a doctor's office, call me 314 7692948m name is Kristina

  • What shocking story, simply appalling! I know of people who have been falsley accused of the same thing and their lifes were ruined even after being found innocent and yet the man who abused this young woman is free to walk around.

the statement about not remembering is a confession if ever I heard one.

I am sorry but he should have been locked up and charged then and there.

As a parent and an abuse survivor I have no sympathy for someone who would harm a child.
