1 Cup Thick Yogurt
3/4 Cup Mango Pulp
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tbps Sugar (optional)
*If desired add crushed ice
*Drinking this beverage, which is easily made at home, is also a good way to get the benefits of dairy, the good bacteria yogurt contains, and the mango, which is high in vitamins A, B and C. In India, mango is thought to aid digestion, help stop bleeding and strengthen the heart. I have learned if you use a fresh mango you have enough juices to make the drink and flavored yogert to me is the best...this is also a old southern drink in the U.S.A.
