DETAILED MOD NERF RECON CS-6 AIR RESTRICTOR REMOVAL & SPRING STRETCH

Hey guys, my first instructional video.. Id really like some feedback. This mod makes your Recon really powerful. And in my opinion makes it more accurate at close-mid range. I can hit things within 3cm at about 8m :)
What youll need:
Drill
Long Drill Bit
Small Phillips Head Screwdriver

NO HOT GLUE OR ANY HARD STUFF. THIS INSTRUCTABLE IS EASY AND REQUIRES MAYBE 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME.
*ALSO* After this mod, the plunger tube inside the gun can sometimes break, this can easily be avoided by gluing some padding to the inside of it.
When mine came off for the first time, I replaced it with a 20c AUD coin, it's the perfect size :)

I have an iron sight mod for mine, I took the "scope" top part off and put it on the rail behind the original sights, The sights look like this:

There is a way tho. The bottom screw, they made it stuck. I simply sawed it off. And i have a question. My mer keeps jamming after i modified it. Any tips?

@0BirdEye0 possibly there's a rough piece of plastic in there from drilling out the air restrictor. Perhaps you could take it apart again, smooth it out, wash the pieces (in water, no detergent), and reassemble.

You just have to figure out where it is jamming and what is causing it, then fix it!

It doeesnt work for the new recon. They made it mod proof. Cant pull oit open x.x

I followed your mod exactly put back together the blaster and everything works perfectly

but the darts wont shoot they will slightly move or just fall out when I fired. Please help!
