Fuck I don't care if he is insane or not, he killed that young girl, so he should get what he deserves, which is the death penalty. Nobody has the right to take another persons life, insane or not, he has to life with the consequences. Locking him up...??? Well, he does not deserve to life at all.

@Jbessette Texas is a republican conservative state and it allows the "insanity" defense but it's very difficult to be found not guilty by reasons of insanity. Not only do the defense attorneys have to proof their client is insane, but they also have to prove that they were insane at the the time of the crime and that they didn't know what they were doing. It has nothing to do with being liberal or conservative. I think it's a legitimate defense.

@Anatolian90 what do you mean "bring back the death penalty"? we do have the death penalty in the United States and the sate of Washington, which is where this murder took place, uses it. In fact, Washington still uses hanging as a form of execution if the Inmate requests it. Otherwise, they get executed by lethal injection. Nazi Germany happened along time ago and since then, Germany has actually abolished the death penalty in their country.

Take the law into your own hands if you want true justice because there is now way a bleeding heart liberal will be able to deal the proper punishment for murderers like this cocksucker.
