@tha3immortals No RP did NOT win Maine. I think you need to do some research. RP has yet to win a single state. That will not change. RP will lose every state and in the end, he'll have almost NO delegates compared to the others. I even gave you the delegate count for Maine. But I'll do it once again since you're having a problem reading. romney left the state with 11 delegates. Paul got 10. That is finalized. Paul can't and won't win a single state. But keep hoping LOL!
