@TazRulesNY IM not sure if all that protein they try to push is just a way to make money, but I do know that not much protein is needed like they say or as much. I used to be vegetarian and bodybuild and saw better results ever than before

whats the difference between lifting a different body part on each day of the week and lifting the same group of muscles 3 times a week?? isnt once a week not enough??

ALOT of chicken, but don't overdo it though. During the week, you can switch it up. Eat Chicken one day, Turkey another day, Steak another day then Fish another day. Those are GREAT sources of protein. Add some apples and cucumbers, etc. and your all set. Also make sure that you don't put any junk sauce on your protein or it all would've been for nothing. :) -

i believe he intended on saying "biceps" instead of "shoulders." just listen to the split, he never mentions biceps.
