Riedel's style...no reverse, is that being taught these days. He has a very basic style I like.

Does anyone know what the 'reverse V position' is ? It is sometimes referred to when describing certain stages of the discus technique - especially Schult's

yeah. it's at the end of the throw the thrower might switch his legs to stay in. mac wilikins does it, Kanter does it, and alekana does it.

intersting. jurgen schultz reversed on his world record throw. but he is non reverse. that tells you the reverse is better the non reverse
