LED Candle

I made a printed circuit board for mine.

He has made a mistake with the diagram, there's an LED connected to pin 4. Connect it to pin 2, not pin 4.

I have re-drawn the circuit with the correction, and added a PCB mount on/off switch:

i did the same project but the led from the mclr/gp3 pin is not working so i wired the led on pin 2 from the mcu and now is working.

I spotted that myself and emailed the author about it. He said he'd update the circuit diagram on his site.

After uploading that video, I realised that sitting the circuit board on top of the battery pack causes a short circuit - thus preventing that one LED from lighting. When I worked out why, I used some self-adhesive velcro to prevent that from happening. Nobody else has noticed. :-)
