still say that your methods are straightforward and applicable in todays world, even more so than other traditional arts.

As a JKD instructor I can relate to the honesty of self expression in martial art, but I never really agreed with "kata". However describing them as a seed that takes root and grows made sense. I'm impressed chica, you taught me something and I didn't even have to pay for it!

Awesome techniques! you definitely can't find any of those techniques anywhere else... especially Aikido, where they definitely won't teach you to use those hand throws better than THAT. btw I especially loved the kick your sparring partner used at 0:46
