@AndrosThor, if you mean the song which begins at 2:26 mark ends at 2:42 it's "In It For Love" from Richie's second solo album Undiscovered Soul (1998).

@pella88, It's Moscow Peace Music Festival, 1989. Bon Jovi played along Scorpions, Skid Row, Ozzy Osbourn and many-many more. Great stuff, wish you could find it!
