TvC Dash Glitch

Wavedash-esque movement in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars. Sorry for lack of sound, Gamebridge was acting weird. Didn't really try anything fancy other than having fun with Polimar and just trying to showcase the dash.

I think the commenters may be right, it's possible the video got sped up somewhere in processing between Gamebridge, Windows Movie Maker, and Youtube. Gamebridge wasn't giving me sound and was recording weird so I'd bet my money it's on that. The glitch is still there though, and here's a link to a thread on shoryuken where it's being discussed:

Also, I use a fight stick with a PS2 to GC Joybox converter.

@MINItheFox In shorthand 2-D fighting game notation, this stands for "cross up" or "cancel". Found in Urban Dictionary, but this has no relation to TvC whatsoever IMO.

When people write xx in combo descriptions.. what exactly does that mean?

I don't think it was sped up. the air around Ken acts the same. and I don't see any extra-fast spark flashes around the meter.

after the ChargeA Punch, I actually do 5B 2B 5C 3C again. But I dunno if the other combo works better. I just like hitting a lot of buttons.

Um, then just play against people who play with a shred of "honor". But I don't see why you bother to push on what you view "honorable" on other people.

And before someone says L-Canceling is cheating, "Z-Canceling" can be found mentioned on the SSB64 official US website as a way to cancel lag out of aerial moves.

It probably wasn't intended when it was made, but the developers surely know of it, considering they added it back in for Melee and made it reduce only half instead of full lag.
