dude is there any way to get more missions on gta vice city.........I completed the keep your friends close mission when my gta vice city was 56% completed...........ppl say its the last mission but my gta was only 56% completed!how could it be the last mission........since then i didnt get any other damn mission.....while i bought all the houses and factorys and shops and asset them all.........how do u complete this game i cant go higher than 56% there no othere missions

The boatyard is located in Vice Port, at the far south of the westernmost island (the last island you unlock). This is the place where you go to steal a boat for Diaz during one of his missions, "The Fastest Boat".
