Jim Bomford, an engineer from Vancouver Island, visited us today to show us his invention, an indoor composter that turns food waste from the kitchen into finished compost in one week. Jim shows us his "machine" from the back of his car. City Farmer.
Wow, the end product looks gorgeous.
What are the specs for this? How much electricity does it use, what's it made of?

I love it! I recently discovered a machine like this sold by naturemill, but it's pretty small, and the consumer reviews run the spectrum between super positive and downright angry. I think it''s awesome that you are doing this. I am a raw vegan so I produce masses of compost every day and I need a kitchen composter like this. I wish you much success with your invention!
