Solution : Place Socialist caps on Capitalism - Limit personal assets to 50 million to stop dictatorship via plutocracy, bribery & corruption of politicians and the bureaucracy or manipulation of stock and commodities markets.

Confiscate the rest and redistribute to the system those who truly need the funds. W/O massive funds, no single person(s) can manipulate anything.
