i think hard 5 is just timing. i did it with medium knee press - its hard not to do the knee press when releasing the medium kick button :(

2:22 How do you do that? I'm having trouble of going from 'Double Knee Press' to 'Knee Press Nightmare'. I don't understand the mechanics of it. Do you only charge back once? I'm really lost. I wish someone made a video for this. I just started using Bison after getting down El Fuerte.

Capcom was afraid of being sued, so they changed the boxer's name (originally named M. Bison in order to parody M. Tyson) to Balrog, put M. Bison as the dictator's name, and gave the name Vega to the bullfighter, probably because Vega is a Spanish surname.

no i think hes talking about like doing a double knee press into a special. its actually really easy but im bad at discribing things. as soon as the double knee press connects do the motion for the special and it pops out. so for example u charge for the 2 seconds or 3 im not sure how long the charge is. well then u press foward+kick that gives u one move ... then back foward + kick again and then theres the special. theres no need to charge again... hope that helps
